So I ordered the PureFibre bundle that gave me a free Samsung 55" 4K TV and they said the TV will ship 4-8 weeks after I've activated my services. So 11 weeks go by and still nothing so I start making phone calls and turns out neither telus marketing or Samsung marketing have received my order, so they make a manual order so I can get my TV. Well a couple days later I get an email saying once Samsung has prepared my order they will send me a tracking code. That was a month ago and I still haven't gotten a code. It has now been 18 weeks since activation and I still haven't even received word that my TV is coming let alone gotten it.
