When you called Telus for installation or a service call the customer service rep would have given you a Date and Time window when the tech will be arriving. Before the Tech arrives he will call when he will be on route and when to expect him.
If you need to verify the date or approx time you will have to Call Telus or initiate a free live chat located on the bottom right corner of the page.
