I actually am gobsmacked. We moved out of our home and canceled services July 30th. I have spoken to customer service several times and am STILL BEING BILLED for services. Unfortunately I paid for a couple of months so am also owed $$. I am tired of sitting on hold to talk to someone only to achieve nothing. How can I resolve this? Stop billings and get my money back for August and September? HELP I AM IN TELUS HELL!!
Have you tried the chat function available in the Contact Us section at the page bottom? It beats waiting on the phone. The Neighbourhood is populated by other customers, so we can only offer suggestions.
