Before I was put on hold by Telus for an hour, I was told by the previous person that they had been doing work yesterday and my problem could be due that that.
I can access my Webmail, but can't receive new email in Outlook and receive continuous "Enter Newwork Password" popups.
Can anyone help resolve this issue?

Telus had a email server failure(software?) yesterday for about 3 to 4 hours.
Have you rebooted your computer? Or closed your Outlook program and opened again.
I don't use outlook, so...

nothing improved after reboot.

Issue resolved after speaking with 2 techs.

As you said, It was a software update problem on their end that caused the problem.
A password reset was required which I wasn't able to do myself. The tech had to remote-access my pc to trouble-shoot (Outlook) & another pw was set.
I can now I receive email through Outlook, but not my webmail (which worked previously.) This I'll have to call about tomorrow b/c I'm too tired & frustrated to deal with that now. If I drank, I'd probably be on my 2nd bottle by now.
