I noticed three Forum questions where customers asked if you can report a payment online, and the answer was that it must be done by phone or chat. So does this form not work anymore? https://www.telus.com/reportpayment/prepareReportPayment.do
Is this just for Home services, or is it different for the Mobililty payments, or what? Thanks!

That page is from the old Telus site and likely for the home account specifically. Phone or chat doesn't take long to report payment.
