Why am I still getting billed. I never signed a term contract. I havnt used any of the home services since October. All telus property was sent back in November. Yet I am confused to be billed $50 a month. How do I make it stop

My billing and that of my girlfriend appears to be in error. Mine is twice my contract quote since porting over to new house. It is virtually impossible to contact an agent. This company should shut down or step up.

 

When my contract is up I will check out other options.
