Order in which lines show

Is there a way I can change the order in which my mobility and watch lines are showing on the app. Right now, its the watch showing by default and I have to manually change to Mobility every time. Did so many chats and calls with agents but no fix ye...

Wifi boost starter pack

I’m trying to set up my starter pack wifi boost…I do everything correctly then when I get to the part where it says to wait for the blue light to be solid it is but it’s not recognizing that on my app and won’t let me continue.
