TELUS offers customers several convenient methods for paying their monthly invoices. This page provides information on the different payment methods available. 


Payment Method Details
Bank teller/ATM Customers make payments at a financial institution via a teller or ATM.
Online or telebanking Customers process their bill payments online or by telephone after they have set up online banking or telephone banking through their financial institution.
Credit Card (one-time)

Customers can pay their invoice with a one-time credit card (or Visa Debit card) payment using the following methods:

  • Online at
  • Over the phone – IVR
  • In-person at TELUS Corporate stores
Visa Debit card
  • CIBC, RBC, and TD have introduced a Visa Debit card to their customers.
  • Visa Debit cards are accepted wherever credit cards are accepted.
Prepaid credit card Prepaid credit cards are accepted for one-time payments only.
Pre-authorized payments
  • Pre-authorized payments are a convenient service that allows a customer's monthly payment to be made automatically each month.
  • Customers can choose to have their payment set up using one of these methods:
    • Direct debit
    • Credit card
    • Visa debit and Visa virtual cards

Payments by cheque or Money Order can be mailed to TELUS.

Money Mart
