How to Add a Data Top-Up

If you’re running low on data, plan in advance and consider adding a data top-up to get you through your bill cycle.

 

Data top-ups* come in different sizes and auto-expire at the end of your current billing cycle so all you have to do is add it and forget it:

How to purchase a data Top-Up

 

From a Computer:

 

  1. Log into your My Account portal
  2. Click on Usage
  3. Click on See data top-ups
  4. Select your desired top-up bucket then click on Buy
  5. Data bucket purchased

 

From mobile:

 

  1. Log into your My Account app
  2. Click on View data top-up options
  3. Click on Add add-on
  4. Click on Next
  5. Click on Confirm to make your purchase
