I keep receiving link via my mobile phone to connect to telusmibilite.com/snap and it has never worked for me. It brings me to a telus logon but does not allow the logon or any form of reset to allow me to reach the information sent to me. How can I do it? It is so frustrating.
Thank you

There are a great number of discussions on this board on this very topic. A quick search will give you far more information than I can add here.
Upshot: It is a legacy app from the days of CDMA dumb phones and no longer is available to new logins. You apparently need to have data enabled on your smartphone, and for some, you need to be connected to cellular data and not Wi-Fi to receive MMS messages.
Often easier to email the photo.

As the previous post mentioned, this is a frequent topic here and the answers have been posted multiple times.
Snap has been shut down for a long time now. Ask whoever sent you the photo that way to email it to you instead.
