Telus web info not clear how/ or if I can access my existing email ongoogle platform. 1) with my existing cellph apps (ie not have to do ANY updates or add any new apps which I can NOT do for unchangeable reasons) 2) not have to register with potentially insecure American-based Google. (Foward to correct chat if need, thx)

Can you provide a bit more clarity?

You will be able to access existing Gmail accounts as you do now; your Telus account will have a separate login.

Whether you can access multiple Gmail accounts with one mail application, will depend entirely on the App.
