I dont have data on my phone plan so any pictures I get via text say I can view it at telus mbility snap.  how do Ido this

Snap is dying and doesn't usually work. A very quick search here will show dozens of topics on it.

The easiest way if following the link on your PC and entering the password doesn't work, is to ask whoever sent you the photo to email it instead.
