Usually if competitors have new plans, and I mean Bell and Rogers, then TELUS will have new plans that match their new plans.

TELUS seems to update their plans on a semi-regular basis. I would check back with their website every-so-often for any new plans.
Visit www.telusmobility.com, select your province and click on the "Plans" tab
