Why am I being charged for incoming and outgoing calls? I feel I am being charged for other peoples calls.

@MelBranden   You are talking cell i assume. You get get charged in and out.

You are charged a connection fee for each minute connected to the network, plus, if you are out of your local calling area, you are charged a long distance fee on incoming calls between your home local Calling area and the one in which you are located.

You can purchase long distance calling options to remove these additional charges.
