i constantly have calls dropped while on the phone with full bar service.

This issue happens all the time, it is rather irritating when trying to have a conversation

with someone and it cuts off all of a sudden. When i call the person back it happens again.

Im not sure what we as customers have to do to get better customer service and get the problem solved

rather than just throwing out possibilites that may be occuring.

It is super fustrating to have to have this continue when we pay for a service that only works half

of what it claims to be

It would far more useful to contact Telus directly and provide the information about the location ofhte service outage so they can schedule a tech to review the situation.

Hi, are you having this issue everywhere or in a specific location only?  A network issue will affect your service in a specific area and other Telus users will be affected. Everywhere would indicate a hardware issue since the problem is "following" you.
