charged for activation fee

I was charged the connection fee on 2 phones after I was told they would be waived, and it shows on my agreements the amount of each credit that wasn't applied. When I got my bill they charged me for both connection fees. The same thing happened the last time I got new phones 2 years prior, it's a reoccurring issue with Telus I guess.
