If you have internet access, log into your online account at www.telusmobility.com, click on the "Device" tab then click on "Suspend phone". Doing this promptly will ensure there's no unauthorized use of your service. If you don't have internet access, I would call in as soon as possible 1-866-558-2273 to report your phone lost/stolen and suspend services.
