Unable to call out keep getting a recorded message saying 7um1, 7um2 and 7um3.

Using an IPhone 4S - texting and internet are still functioning normally. (Message also says phone is not activated on network)
There was a previous post concerning this type of issue for android but did not resolve issue for my phone

It is most likely an issue with your Telus account. I would recommend calling *611 and having them check.
