Have spent hours and days trying to get an email account with Telus. After multiple chats and phone calls I was told I now had one but it did not show up on my account and the address and password I was given did not work! Can"t contact anyone else and forgot password link says it is sending a code but it must be to the Telus email I can't get !!! What to do???

Hi J999, that's quite unusual. In this case, please give the TELUS tech support team a call at 1-888-811-2323 or throw them a chat at www.telus.com/chat so that they can look into what happened there.
