I am starting to get really annoyed at trying to get a simple question answered . What the status of my phone order is. It is to a point I know longer want the **bleep** phone and want it canceled. The number that was given to me I have been trying to contact all week via phone, have left messages even have emailed them to have phone canceled. This is not acceptable and I will certainly be putting in a complaint on this matter. Once again i want a person that will email or contact me as having to be on phone for over 3 hours every day and leaving messages via phone, even have emailed them to have phone canceled. Once again i want a contact name that I can get answers from and the web store number is not it. Any help or suggestions?

Unfortunately were out of luck. I'm in the same predicament, over 72 hours since i first tried to contact the webstore, 8 days since i ordered my phone. I've talked to the facebook team, the telus chat team and all say they can't help. The only useful info I got was that with the release of the new iphone they are bogged down and VERY behind on their orders and support.
Sorry I couldnt help more. I do agree they need a better system for handling web store support. As it is, it's quite awful. It says 3 - 5 days delivery and there is no open communication with what is going on.

Hey I finally got called by the webstore. If you don't hear from them shortly I'd recommend asking the facebook telus team or the telus chat team to escalate your order with the webstore team.
