Which consistented only of:

Is this legitimately you guys as the link turned out to be: 1telusdotcom when unshortened.

Is this a virus link? (I didn't open it)
Does Telus seriously make a habit of sending strange text messages from strange numbers?

Considering the area code of the phone number that texted you is from south central Virginia USA, I wouldn't trust the link at all.
