How do I reset my snap password?
Your website says to reset your snap password you will have to click the password reset button on the login page of snap...

The Rest button just clears the Username and Pass Fields...
Tryed to livechat with telus support, says its out of working hours....
Tryed to email you from http://www.telus.com/en/ab/get-help/contact-us/email.jsp clicking I am a telus user with an account.
Then on website https://mobility.telus.com/sso/UI/Login I go through a redirect loop that brings up an error in chrome browser.
Your fourms dont already have anything about snap
Telus has 4 ways to get support online and they all fail to work for me right now.
Telus is a monopoly Cell phone service provider because it has the most spread out network. I cant concider another network because I need service through Kootenay National Park.
I pay a premium of $50 a month for ONLY phone calls, No data, No caller ID
I cannot turn off voicemail (I have requested it many times over the phone to get rid of it)
I am not fiananceing a phone.
Telus fails.

Hi, you'll need to login before you are able to reset the password. By clicking "Reset" on the page you are on, the page is responding correctly by clearing your account details.
