There's a couple of steps you can take. First, contact TELUS at *611 on your mobile phone to report the issue. The more TELUS hears about it, the more likely it's going to get resolved.
Also, you can download the TELUS Network Experience app from the Play Store to report any network issue. The app is a wonderful tool that ensures TELUS hears from everyone who'd like to see network improvements.
