Question

RedRanger
Just Moved In
Hello everyone! I had my subscription when I was still living in Fort Mcmurray but I already moved here in Calgary for almost 2 years now. Is there a way to make my existing number a local Calgary number without changing it? TIA.

@RedRanger Unfortunately you will have to change your Fort Mac number. A new local Calgary number has to be issued.

When you call in, the CSR may find your last 4 digits of the Fort Mac to be available in the Calgary number. Keeping it sort of similar, but all depends if those digits were issued already.

Thank you very much.

Most people have nationwide calling now. You could just keep your Calgary number?
