Is it possible to remove add-ons such as extra minutes from Prepaid Plans for the six months I am out of the country and just pay the basic prepaid plan.

Yes, if you go to the 'My Account' section of the website, or dial #123 from your phone, you can remove (deselect) any of the add-ons you have, and just let it ride with a minimum automatic monthly top-up of $10. If you prefer not to use automatic top-ups, the $100 top-up has an expiry of 365 days, and would allow you the peace of mind of not worrying about top-ups while you are away. You can then use the un-consumed portion of the $100 (less 911 fees, etc) on your return.

Thank you for your help and will follow your advice. Another question is when should I add an add on i.e. more minutes, before my 30 days is currently up or immediately after a new cycle.

Hi Bajacondo, you can set your feature to auto renew so that you don't have to worry about the timing or a time gap between adding your features. If you want to do it manually without missing any time utilization, then its best to add pretty much after midnight of the day it expires.

Thank you, I will do that. It sounds like they are billed separately from the other answer. I am on auto renew and would like them due as close together as possible.
