So I am back with Telus as of last month and have a new Iphone 8 plus. I am not sure if this issue is with my device or service, so I am not sure how to go about this. I have been having this issue for just under a month and I have done some research regarding this. It seems that this has been happening to other people too with different networks and different phones. No one can determine if it is the service provider or the device. People have gone in to talk to apple and their provider, but it seems like they can't find a solution to this. It mainly happens when I am talking to 1 person in particular, but it has happened with someone else too (they both don't hear the button, just I do). I was asked by telus to reset my network settings to see if that would help, but the issue was still there. I was then asked to reset my phone totally (erase everything) so that is my next step for now. If anyone has experienced this or has any suggestions I am all ears. Thanks in advance!

(My face is not hitting the button in case anyone is wondering)
