Just Moved In

Hi there,

I am getting super frustrated trying to switch out of our current corporate account to business.

I spoke to corp account rep, business rep, corp national rep and I still can't get service from Telus. I've now reached out to store reps from different branches to see if they can help me. Telus 1800 said I need an incorporation # in order to transfer the account over, but I just read it in this form that we can go under small business?

We are a not-for-profit organization. We do not have a incorporate # as we are not required to do so. We do have a business number for payroll, and business licence classified as not-for-profit.

i've been trying to deal with this for weeks now and hoping someone can help me!

I'm having trouble understanding what exactly you are trying to do.

A corporate account is a business account.

Telus requires an incorporation number or Societies Act number (or similar provincial registration), or you would be a consumer account.

Do you have charitable status? Your CRA registration number should also suffice.
