Hi Carmenhoggard, have you tried resetting the network settings on your iPhone? Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Hopefully that should do it but if you're still having trouble connecting to your mobile network, I recommend calling 1-866-558-2273 and speaking with a network assistance rep.

Also does this issue seem to happen everywhere you go or more common to one location?
