Does one pay for INcoming calls from the USA, on a Telus account (ShareLite45 - Nationwide Talk)?

If you are within your local calling zone, no. If you are travelling, you will be subject to any long distance charges described in your package. As far as I recall, unlimited nationwide calling applies to incoming and outgoing calls while you are in Canada.

No, all your incoming calls, regardless from where it comes from, are free when you are in Canada with that plan.
