Some thoughts....

  • Did the new SIM card work before?
  • Did it work on another phone?  Does it still work on that phone?
  • Is this a Telus SIM?  Give Telus Mobility a call.  It might just need to be activated.

Greetings! You should be able to swap the SIM associated with your phone from your telusmobility.com account. After logging in proceed to the 'Device' tab and select 'Change your device', now select 'I want to change a SIM card'.
