I can't purchase "Unlimited One Number" for my prepaid account

It says on the website and the prepaid brochure but when I dial #123 the option isn't there... Please help

If you are having problems adding it with #123 you can download the My Account App to make the add on purchase.

You should be able to add the Unlimited One Number add-on as suggested by @WestCoasterBC. You can also find more information on the matter here.

I thought about doing that actually but I don't have my account number and I don't know where to find it so I can't 😞

As you mentioned, it's a bit tricky without your account number but a TELUS agent can help you out at 1-866-558-2273 or connect online at www.telus.com/chat from a computer browser.

We've recently changed how we do our prepaid accounts. You may no longer be eligible for just pay per use features such as One number unlimited. Certain accounts must have a rate plan now. All new activations must activate with rate plan. Some older prepaid accounts are being allowed to keep their pay per use features. This may have affected your ability to keep your feature.
