Most phones will have a Voice Mail shortcut programmed into the phone. If you press and hold the "1" key, you should see it dialing into your Voicemail.
You should also see an option to dial into your Voicemail when you get your "New Message" notification.
If neither of these methods work, you'll have to contact TELUS for troubleshooting.
