Should be free, but disable roaming near White Rock or close to the US. You might get the ATT signal near the border.
With regards to voice calls...
- free for you to call local numbers in BC (tourist information, hotel and restaurant reservations)
- expect long distance charges if someone tries to contact you at our Calgary number.
