I didn’t use my phone in any foreign countries, but there is a $48.00 additional charge which says “easy roam”. Where this additional charge comes from? Honestly I have never used and roam

Your detailed invoice should indicate the dates and Timestamp of the EasyRoam charges. If you were near the US border, it is possible you triggered EasyRoam, without crossing the border, though $48 is an odd amount for US roaming ($7 per day). It more aligns with the $12 per day of international roaming.

Were you out of the country for a while?  EasyRoam would be triggered by sending texts, calling, or using any data.
