If I where to bring my own cell phone and upgrade it to a Samsung S8. Or a S9 how much are plans ,

Telus plan information is listed here.  Choose your province of residence in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Pricing differs if you bring your own phone, versus purchasing one with a subsidy.

Bringing your own phone will give you cheaper plans than if you decide to upgrade to a newer device.  Even if you sign up with Telus with your own device, your plan will change and the price will increase if you purchase a phone on a subsidy with Telus.
