Cancelled Account but still have fees

Hello!

 

I just tried porting my number from TELUS to another service. However, I did it after my monthly bill was released. The next day, I got a notification from the myTELUS app saying I still had fees to pay. I tried logging back into my account but it says it was cancelled since my number transfer was successful. How can I resolve this?
