Anyone know what the issue might be?

I keep losing and regaining service with my moto g. Sometimes for the whole day. Does anyone know what the issue might be?

Can you provide more details? Are you in the same place all day? Are you in a building where signal may be affected? Are you in a location where signal may be poor at times?

Have you rebooted your phone? Removed and replaced the  SIM card?

Also are you on LTE or 3G? I've found with my phone that when I shut off LTE, my signal is much more stable.

Everywhere, even in my house. I think it might be the fact that I took a Sim card out of my moto e and put it in my moto g. It worked for a week and then started acting up

I doubt it'll be that unless the SIM or slot on new phone was damaged somehow. If both phones use the same size SIM, they should work fine. Try putting it back in the old phone and see if it has the problem too. If it doesn't the issue could be with the new phone.
