Has anyone else been charged a one time fee for an “activation fee and fee for the SIM card” directly to the vendor that set up your Telus account?
It added up to almost $160 for me when transferring services for 4 lines. I only realized it when these fees and upfront payment wasn’t reflected on my first Telus bill.
