Activate prepaid plan

I have iPhone 5s I'm trying to activate my new sim and plan. When I get to conform my information I can't press the button because the amount selection from the lat page is over top of the button. I can't find any way to close it or move it so I can press confirm button

What device are you using to enter the information?  Do you have access to a larger screen?
