Hello,
I purchased a iphone5 32GB in September for my son and chose Telus because the retailer at FutureShop in Saint John, New Brunswick said that going with Telus would guarentee 4G coverage in the Saint John, Rothesay, Quispamsis New Brunswick geographic area. We have yet to get a 4G signal on the phone. I have three additional phones with Bell and all recieve 4G signal. Whats up Telus? I was planning on switching all my phones over and now I am dissapointed to say the least. Please explain. I also sent this question several months back through my cell phone account and have yet to be answered.

Hmm.... Looking at http://mobility.telus.com/en/BC/Canada/3Gplus.shtml, there should be 4G coverage.
Bell and Telus share similar networks. Do you have 4G disabled on your iPhone? Some owners (like me) disable the 4G when I don't need the speed and want to maximize battery life.
What happens if you go back to the retailer? Standing outside the store does you have 4G? You might want to have the retailer check your configuration.
