Just Moved In

Whenever I try and connect to safari on my iphone 4s with telus pay as you go it says "you are not subscribed to a mobile data service". I am paying for data however. Does anyone know how to fix this? There is an FAQ on this about APN settings but I did not change it or do anything to it. When I go in there it  says APN- isp.telus.com and gives me the option of putting in a username and password, I am not sure if there is something I am supposed to put in there. Anyways some help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

There may be something that our tech team needs to tweak. My advice is to call in from your landline to a tech support rep.

Just turn off your phone and turn it back on hun. That usually works and if it doesn't work, contact Techical team by dialing 1-877-558-2273. Press option 2 after the Technical assistance or repair prompt.

Greetings Shodgins1!

Are you having trouble also connecting to applications that use data such as the App Store? Please try the following: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings. It won't delete anything except for wifi passwords.

Also, is it a TELUS phone you are using or an unlocked phone from a different provider? Feel free to contact us at https://twitter.com/telussupport as well. We can provide in-depth troubleshooting over Twitter.

Thank you.
