call into Telus, provide various "I'm definately the account holder" details and they can reset password to default. then you can set a new password when access is gained again.

Hi, yes, your mobile provider will be able to reset your voice mail password, once it's done, your temporairy password becomes your 10 digits mobile number and you can setup a new one. You must have the pin number that confirms you're the owner of the account.
