I haven't been able to receive texts for about a week now. People receive them from me and I am able to call/receive texts. I tried texting my phone from another phone and it says network congestion' with an 'x'. Any suggestions?
Try to do a quick network resetting. 🙂 You can just go to settings > general > Reset> Reset Network Settings, it should fix it. if you keep the same issue you will need to call tech support! 🙂
