my phone keeps freezing and shutting off on it own and I have had it fixed and it still causing problem I am 8 or 9 month away from a upgrade

• What are you doing on the phone when it freezes then shuts down?
• Any error messages?
• Any problems with the battery or battery life?
• What was repaired on it? / Who repaired it?
• Has the phone been dropped or damaged at all?

hey it samsung alpha not sure operating system on it. facebook and sometime other app that I use. no error message, battery life is good. I had the battery replace and I did a system reset, the phone has not been dropped or damage in anyway.
