Hi, you know that LTE coverage isn't completely done at this point. Therefore it's possible that you may not have LTE everywhere. However, to reset the network on your device try the following. Go to Settings, General, Reset and try to Reset Network Settings.

Maybe this could be a congestion issue? Especially in urban areas you would expect that data speeds would be dependent on the amount of people using the network. I will say that I find all Canadian carriers networks are much better than what I get when I travel to the US (typically roaming on ATT or T-Mobile, NOT Verizon).
