Why aren't you supporting the only Canadian phone Company and waiting 12months to release BlackBerry updates? After selling a piece of equipment you should back it up!!!!!!!

Testing and releasing updates requires time (for testing) and resources. As such, carrier priority is on the most popular devices.

I'm assuming you are referring to a BB OS 10.x device. If so, they are low priory due to the fact that the latest BB devices run Android.

If you really want an update, you can install it yourself via Autoloader. The info and downloads are available via Crackberry.
