Excellent, so I pay a premium price for a premium phone and now I do my own tech support for you! So what is the point of purchasing a product from you if it won't be supported? I am a loyal 10+ year Telus client but that kind of response in my eyes is unacceptable!
You realize that the Neighbourhood is inhabited by Telus Customers, and your repeated use of the word "You" in your comments is self-reflective?
