email or SMS a Mike account

I have an iden Mike provided by my work is there any way to email or SMS to it? there is no phone number or phone service only the iden number.

Hi Bikecourier, in order to be able to send/recieve sms to/from the mike device it will need to be activated first. All active mike handsets have a phone number assigned to them. Once this is complete, you can send messages to it as you would to any other mobile device.
