blackberrry z10 not working

My Blackberry z10 is freezing and shutting down and heating up to the point of burning my hand.  Telus has told me to put it into service what an colleauge of mine had the same issues as a Rovgers customer and they swapped it out for a new device......As a 10+ year loyal advocate of the Telus brand I find it extremely disappointing that this is their answer when the deficienices of the BB devices are well know just do a google search.

Funny that they tag this a inappropriate content.  Perhaps they just dont like honesty!

A few things to try....
-if the phone is new or recently upgraded to 10.2. It go away in a few days when all the patches are downloaded and installed
-turn off LTE and go with HSPA or 3g.
-keep the phone near a window for best reception.

Poor reception, LTE, new OS updates have brought the temperature up.

Also turn off wifi if it's not being used.
