Caller ID only shows the number, no name

I want an S6 Edge+ & was looking at one in the telus store but when ordering one online or on the phone with Telus they r trying to tell me they do not have such a phone?? I am not sure what is going on but I held the S6+ in my hands at the store so ...

random no SIM card error

I recently received a carrier update and now I have been getting a no SIM card error randomly. It stays until the phone is rebooted then it will work fine for hours. iPhone 5. Anyone else experiencing this?
