When I send audio messages, the recipient only hears about 3 seconds of the message but when I replay it, I hear the whole thing. What is wrong and how do I fix it?

Hi, which application are you using to do this and which mobile device do you have? Try searching on Google to see if other users are also having the same issue.

I have a Huawei Y210. Do I need to download an app to send audio messages?

Try using a chat application like whatsapp and you can also use Google to see if a specific app will do the job on your type of phone.
